My name's Samantha, or you can call me for short, Sam. (:
For starters, I hate it when people rip my skin and edit it into something else without my permission.
To me, it's rather rude.
Secondly, pardon me if I rate lowly, because I rate according to what I personally think and feel about the skin, and not what other people think.
I rate mostly 2-4 for average skins and I'll only rate 4 and above if your skin is like "WOW".
Why 4? Because everything still can be improved, unless your skin is really that fabulous until there isn't room for improvement. :D

okay, thisis my neutral rating, I think it can be improved if the image quality is clear and that the fonts bend in the picture with some effects. But it's a nice effort youve made! (:
