I rate fairly. Heres how I rate:

0.5: Obviously ripped. or a blank skin (somebody to submit nothing).I rarely give ratings like this.
1.0: NO EFFORT
1.5: Same as above.
2.0: See effort but hardly any.
2.5: Same as the above.
3.0: I dont mind it but something here is REALLY not right.
3.5: Same as the above.
4.0: I see effort but some mistakes.
4.5: I really see effort and quite like it.
5.0: I REALLY LIKE IT! perfect.

p.s. if you are on the top 15 rated and i rate a 4.5 or below, i swear i DID NOT do it on purpose. it all depends on my opinion on your skin.

p.s.s. please do not rate my skin lowly JUST because i did to yours. i would have a perfectly good reason to do so.
