Pretty, but I think it can be further improved. For one, the colour scheme is a little boring as it's all very much the same shade of pink, either light or dark. The empty space between the stars and the main title is a little...empty. But the layout looks very neat (: good job on that

Simplistic and pretty although I think the top of the right sidebar is a bit jagged =/ is it supposed to be like that and not perfectly round xD

your skins are all very unique keep up the great job, and congratulations for having 3 blogskins in the top rated

This is a truely interesting skin, although i think the white cloud at the side could be less visible to make the other elements stand out

I like this layout's concept a lot D perhaps instead of putting the words below the picture, you insert it on the bottom of the picture and align the box so that it's just below the picture. Also, perhaps don't use the bright yellow and red fonts? =/ they totally contrast with the dark 'emo' image.
Oh, and you really shouldn't take any pictures from its artist without permission you know.
