The girl is cute, but there are quite alot of areas you can improve on. You can make it a scroll skin, not like one post, one profile, will be nicer, the colours, can be not too dull too, maybe pink? it'll be better. The links should be those expanding kind, it'll make it nice, but good codings & good try!
