How I rate:
0.5 - 1 Most probably ripped or just some lame thing inside the preview - no blogskin.
1.5 - 2 Image quality is very very poor. Image isn't blended in. Codes are badly done. Ripped most parts, just changed the codes a little. Wrong choice of font colours, etc. .
2.5 - 3 Image quality is very poor. No blending of images. Codes are quite good but can see that it's not ripped and not similar to that of the basecoder's skin. Font colour not suitable.
3.5 - 4 Image quality is good. Slight blending of image. Codes are good, with a slight error here and there. Font colour is ok.
4.5 - 5 Image quality is very clear and the images are blended in nicely. The codes are very good, with no errors. Font colour is most suitable.

All these might seem a little bit offending but this is how you can improve! But in the ratings, it's quite easy to get a 4.5 - 5 star from me because those are the most basic things we need in a blogskin!
