It's a preview error with blogskins.com i think. It's the same for all my other skins. But it works perfectly fine in blogger

I can't really say much about the color because I greatly frown upon questioning others' taste and others' questioning mine, but i feel that the font is a total turnoff. It is commonly used and does not fit the theme of the skin at all. You should use pretty cursive fonts (such as Scriptina , which can be found on dafont.com) or fonts like Minion Pro, which is a default. (:
