Ignorance is no excuse for ripping off an artist's work when his website clearly states that he does NOT allow his work to be used in this way.
People really should start to check the images they're using, because they'd hate it if someone started ripping their stuff off.

I love this layout, but rion vernon of pinup toons doesn't allow you to use his images like that, you're actually breaking his copyright.
