I am 16. Female. Chinese. Live in USA..not singapore. :P Haha. I rate fairly...almost always 5s. Not because i like to suck up to people but because i only give stars to the skins i feel that deserves it.
I make skins whenever i feel like it..which is almost never now...but sometimes i get inspired from things in my life.
I admire many blogskinners and the list is super long. Everyone deserves recognition for trying to skin. Applauds for everyone. :D
