Hello, welcome to my page :D
Im Phoebe and im 12 this year,
i also started blogskinning this
year and no, i do not have photoshop,
so dont expect my skins to be that nice.

Im elated to say that I love doing blogskins,
but as i said, im 12 and it means there's PSLE soon.
I'll have to MIA at a certain point in time, saddening, I know.

Be sure to check on my skins every once in a while and
feel free to tag me at my blog or add me on msn, haha.
