HOW I RATE
normally you will get 5 stars as long as the image quality is good (i recommend you to save in .png format), where your design is not just a spamming of brushes, codes are alright (codes can be really creative too! just play around with them & you'll get your very own code!).
i will rate you 4.5 stars if there are more things for you to improve on. say, if the image quality is really bad or the design is just a spam of brushes without any image or at least some words? (try your luck, sometimes i give 5 stars too!)
other than these, i will not rate you if your codes are in a mess (unless you do have a live preview or something) or you actually ripped (rippers shall die!).
PLEASE RESPECT THE ORIGINAL SKINNER/DESIGNER! i freaky hate such people who don't, & you shall die! (my friend's design was actually ripped by others! serious.)
if you are using someone else's as base codes (not a crime), PLEASE GIVE CREDITS! even if you are using other's pattern/texture/image/brushes, you still have to so!

all the editing are done in adobe photoshop elements 6.0 trial.
PLEASE RATE REASONABLY. do not say "nice" for 4 stars, "fab" for 4.5 stars and things like that. i think you're just being jealous for doing so because you can't produce that standard of work.
if you're gonna rate me down, please give valid reasons.
