Okay I shall tell you how I give my ratings. :D
0.5 HAHA very ugly. D: I seldom give this, I have never even given this in my life. The lowest is like, 3 stars. Because I'm VERY NICE yay. :D
1HAHA it's like 0.5, just A BIT better than it. And the skin must be really messed up in the layout of something. And also if there's an ugly picture.
1.5If the layout's quite boring and the picture's really pixellated or someting (I hate pixellated pictures), then you get this.
2 - 3.5 HAHA erm. The picture must be very UGLY and maybe pixellated and the layout okay. :D
4 Really nice layout. :D And the picture's just okay. :D
4.5 ERP. Very nice. xD Just half a mark to perfect. :D
5 It's very easy to get this, just as long as your layout pretty, your picture's neat, then the world is happy. (:
