I'm just a mere commentor. I give constructive comments, and will not rate below 4.5. I do believe all designers deserve credit for putting in effort, so whatever we see in their designs mustn't be clouded by our professionalism. =)

There is a slight execption however. My ratings will not be limited to only 4.5 and 5 stars if I believe and truly find that the skin is a mere usage of another artist work without a minimal editing whatsoever.Its just.. wrong, and thats not considered a skin. YOUR skin that is.
