this skin is really pretty. however, you'll have to load the images everytime you hover over the navigations, and i'm not sure whether it's me or what, cos' it's quite slow.

try and edit the image into something rather than slapping on a copyright for the image (unless you took that photo yourself and have the rights for it) and try an change the font?

i agree with dancing sheep. the color of the text in the bq should be changed.
but this skin is really simple, pretty, and sunny.

the brushes are a lil pixelated, you shouldn't use brushes that are too small and end up enlarging the brush itself because it will make your image look low quality.
i think you could do without all those retro words, just focus on one : Retro to the max, you could make the rest not as obvious.
The header look really cool on it's own but not with this colour combination.
but good try overall, you really kept to the theme of "retro"-ness.
