Creativity - Refers to the picture, is it nicely done? As long as it's something new and not too badly done, I'll give a 1.

Originality - Did I see something similar somewhere?

Layout - The whole feel. Spacing from border, are the border too close to each out? Did you make full use of all the space? If your blog only fills ups 1/4 of the screen, I'm sorry, u'll definitely get 0.

Readability - Can I read the words comfortably? More on text and the coordinate of colors.

Functionality - Obviously the skin must be working . Too much scrolls will get a 0 from me.

I'm harsh? Well, I think I've provide enough reasons and evidences to give you the rating you deserve. Rather then lying to you and say things like "OMG! IT's SO NICE!!!" when 3/4 of the people in this world doesn't think so. If you really are a serious blog creator, you should have the mindset to accept feedback and criticism and swore to improvement on your next challenge.

However, if it's really good, I will not hold back on any words for praising you.

If you receive a 3 stars and feels unhappy, visit those I gave a 5 and compare yourself. If you still can't see why, well then I've got nothing to say...

And of course, if you feels that the rating I give is unreasonable, do feel free to reason with me. :D

For those who thinks of revenging me XD cos of the low rate I gave, and your revenge is giving me a low rate as well, then I have only 2 words for you. GROW UP! Even if u do that, I believe my screenshot and preview will proof that I deserve more then you give.
