1~2 = Sorry if i rate you this.But if did..its probably because..
Your skin totally sucks or very not nice.
For example like colour combination, alignment,etc. has prob.

2~3 = There is some flaws on your skins.
Image quality needs to improve and colour scheme is off.

4 = There's something missing...But still pretty perfect.

4.5~5 = Well thats a pretty good rate and jyjy for the next skin.

For me i will usually give a 4~5 for your effort and stuff.

Relax people I won't rate you down cause my skins are not that great.
