Hello,I'm mabel, 15 years old this few months and 16 this year. I joined blogskins to kill time and partially it's because i like making skins.
the cons i don't like about making skins to submit here is because 24/7 you'll worry about the skins you have made and submitted.
 For everywhere i go, i'll bring along this symbol : ♥. why? i don't know. i just love it. 

Firstly, if any of my skins tend to resemble any blogskinners', be it famous or non-famous,
 I'm sorry for such resemblance, and coincidence but I did not copy,rip-off or steal their skins.
You can take my word, that all of my skins came from my own inspiration. Unless it's 90% alike, i will not budge ( to delete it ). (:

Secondly, i would love to receive constructive comments.
I bolded the word "constructive" because many people love to give useless and personal comments.

it doesn't help to make me improve my skins, on the contrary, it depletes my confidence.
So, if you know you are going to talk no sense, please keep those comments to yourself.

Thirdly , i will credit all those brushes, textures, codings ,so on and so forth.
If i missed any, please do remind me. If it's something that i took from somewhere, but i forgot where i took it from,
i will state it clearly on my skin.

Fourthly , Please give me stars according to the color scheme, the layout, the proportion , the alignment.
Dont take away my stars just because of the stupid scrollbar color ; that, you can change it yourself.
OR  take away my stars just because you don't like me, or based on the preview and the code is screwed.
because i will do all my skins on frontpage. & somehow, i don't know how it is screw'd.
but, i can guarantee you, that it will work perfectly fine on BLOGGER. 
& the standard dimensions for my skins is 1280 x 800. Standard browser used : IE.

5 stars - almost perfect except for intricate errors / nice alignment / nice color scheme / theme matches with skin.
4.5 stars - the image / css is not that nice , way too complicated / weird color scheme.
4 stars - bad image ( pixellated,too smooth), bad alignment , kind of ripped off.

will try not to rate below 4 stars.
