LOL. anyways you might not want to use this skin right now because the bandwidth exceeded and so the background doesnt really show. this problem also affects the 'catchingthestars' skin. yup.(: i'll be solving this problem quite soon so yeah. dont use it.. yet! xD

It is ALLOWED to use the same picture. It doesn't mean it TOTALLY ripped off the whole thing. It isn't even considered ripping it. She found the picture and decided to use it in her blogskin. Counted as ripping? I think not. It's too unfair to rate it 0.5 stars when you didn't get the facts right. Do rate properly next time(:
