hi i didnt want to link to another page when using the navigation,

how do i make it in a way that when a click a navigation the text appears under the same frame (blog entry) ?

It's quite nice but I thought the navigation was the thingies at the top, it would be cooler that way cause it'll look like a webpage that is a blog. But it's nice anyway.
