There are a couple display bugs in Opera.

Second, work on your typography - when you have simple, imageless skins, typography is what makes it interesting.

Work on that (and perhaps increase the padding here and there), and you've got a great skin.

i think its cool but you can make some picture on the top..

Has anyone ever told you this looks a lot like May*Star's skin, "a little more professional"? It's still very nice, though.
