Resolution: the lowest resolution it can fit without having horizontal scrollbar is 1024X768. It's best to fit 800X600 as there are still quite a number of people still using such low resolution. The other, which is a little more serious, is the scrollbar. Not many people like scrolling with the arrows only and not all mouse have mouse wheels. Making the bar "invisible" is generally not a good idea for these 2 reasons. Other than my 2 bad remarks, I think overall, you did a great job for the design aspect. Good blending, great contrast. Haven't tested your skin on other browser yet but I think that's not a major problem! Note: This user has been banned, so their rating, if any, no longer counts.
