Good job on this, I love that gradient effect over the image. It seems a tad too blur, but the blur effect is especially good on the sparkly thingy. Very colourful, I like!

i dont really see the relation between this skin and the title itself... the city landscape thing is too overused already. the spikey stuff looks blurred and not sharp enough... the image doesnt really has a focus on anything mainly, it's just lumps of stuff thrown together and stuck with a theme.. you can definitely do better than this..
