oh & since you use photoshop cs2, you should do some brushwork and blendings, i thought you did this from paint -.-" Ah well, nvrmind. Keep going

Hmm. i can see the effort you're tryin to put in.

Firstly, the alignments. The alignments are abit out of place, Example : The text box. It's overlapping the profile section which is gray. Oh and i didn't like the gray patch , maybe u shd put profile section in navi too. Secondly, the navigations. With ice-cream background, it doesn't look nice. A simple navi will do. Take away the background(: And the pictures, its pixellated, maybe try another picture? Lastly, the wordings space out too much in the img, thus it looks abit empy. Oh & the text box, its too big :/ Maybe place beside the picture? haha.
