the navigations were driving me nuts.

your background image is a little to small, and somehow it tiles itself.

try editing the image code to not make it tile (if possible) because i see a lot of repeated images.

also, try changing your font type. looking at that one makes me sleep. no, it makes me faint.

good effort, but there is room for improvement.
