To submit your Rainbow blogskin:
1) You need to have a [pretty] screenshot of it.
2) You need to provide a direct url in the other thread.
3) Your image and codes must be your own.
4) Your image must focus on the rainbow theme.
5) You must add in the banner of the category you are entering in your skin description.

as for the banner you can save into your com in any of the banner which is put up in the description part.
