I think that the picture is okay, just that you could improve on the quality. The words you placed are fine, and it's rather good. I like those flakes coming down. It brings out your picture's feeling.

For the coding, I think the font is tad too big, so please make it smaller. The header is also too big, so make it smaller too. The coding is abit untidy, everything's seemed to big and have large gaps, so maybe just make them smaller yeah? It's good though, I really see your effort

more could have been done on the css. firstly, font size is too big and it overpowers the overall look. reduce the fonts and perhaps work on the headers. try to make it match with the pictures.

the image seems pixellated. pictures are just lumped together into one box. more blending would make it nicer. (:
