pic's a bit too plain. you can try editing the pic, maybe using brushes or smth. and it's also a bit out of size. since this is your first skin, i won't be harsh on you (in another words, i'm KIND =D). i can see your effort and along the way, you'll improve =D rawk on!

Yeah, i agree with kerraline below, you should've put more effort into the picture. The image quality is a bit.. blah, and the colours of the headers dont match the picture, i think the picture should be resized as well. Just my thoughts x\ It's good effort for a first skin though, i'm sure you'll improve heaps ! =)

try blending in the image to the background, that'd help [;
