{kimmie(:: Heya. I don't really suggest you to buy Adobe Illustrator if you were to choose between Illustrator and Photoshop. You can actually do a lot more with PS (vector, draw, blend, etc) but in illustrator, the main thing you can do is to draw. The reason why I use illustrator is that I can't draw on PS for nuts. Lol. So yup, I'd recommend you to buy PS instead.
