The picture's pretty and the way you positioned the cropped parts are great but the repeated thick borders at the edge spoils the look. You might want to stick with max. double borders, best one only.

I realized, in all your 3 skins so far, you made the colour of the text and links the same. I suggest you make the links stand out a little so that viewers can differentiate between a clickable link and a text.
