try blending the picture. may help a little. and perhaps adding effects to the words will make it stand out. maybe drop shadow or inner glow or something. pick one that's the best (:

overall skin is alright just the colour for the heading. perhaps you can resubmit yaye!

the heading for this layout is rather weird, try gray and white instead of red and white which out stands too much. The image, don't put the border OUTSIDE the few images. instead, put the border in EACH of the small image, i think it'd look btr and prettier and also, replace nicer fonts which can be found in dafont.com

This is generally a real good effort! But yea, like Ladedadeda said, the redness from the titlebars stick out - doesn't seem to match :/ But still, ALL THE BEST!

.It's not bad as you have got the basics right. You just need to improve on ure ideas and designing techniques =)
