Simplicity doesn't mean that you need to have everything in the same shade of colour. I think it's really really simple, to the extent of plain.

this is ok .. blend the picture in? but i love simplicity. oh yea and the picture looks a little squashed /: i think the font for the headers is unsuitable too..great effort though.
