The brush thing? You mean the grey background? Haha, just use the same brush and stamp it around. (: For the see-through thing, I made two layers. The first layer I changed the mode to luminosity, or however it's spelt. Then the other layer -(the one with the color)- just put it over. Then you'll get that see-through effect. And if you want the fade away, take your select tool -(the square and dashed thing)-, change your feather thing to 30px, and select the area you want to fade, and press the delete button (beside the pause/break button). (:

Hmm, you can go to www.outspoken-kate.com to get some color palettes. Or just use google to search for color palettes. And yeah, I did the image for my skin myself. If I didn't, I won't be original anymore, right?
