	%23 the bluely feeling / %purplish.STEPS fearless}BY said: (2.9 years ago) hello. i am going to give a long comment. i like this skin because it is blue, also, the balanced potray in the image. brushes use are little, so there is no brush spamming, but i advise you not to use so much well this is a typical style most frequently seen, so there shouldnt be any prob in the coding, its a bit simple though. however, if you viewed in it bigger resol, there will be a distinct obvious between the blue and the white, and the repeating background, beacuse set at repeat, not repeat-y, therefore, there is another repeating backgroun at the right hand side. also the borders surronding the posts and profile is too big, making it un propotionate. i shant rate. because i dont want to make you drop out of top 15 rated. how nice of me
