Hhhms. I like the name of the skin but more improvement could be done.

You shoudlnt have outlined the lady,
The column for the profile could be better if it was the same height as the blogging space.

o erm... not particularly proud of this skin... i think it's worsely done...sobs.i drew the outine of the lady becox the pasting of the second lady isnt very well done.

cn tel tad u used PAINT.i tnk thr's still rm fr improvement on the pic:
-img quality (save in png)
-the outline of the lady cn be taken off
-remove the words on the left (too wordy and cnt be seen clearly)
-blend it more into the bg
