blending means to use 2 or more pictures and "mix" it into 1. By the way, the picture doesn't seem like a Valentine's material.

try blending the image in. and use brushes. theres many many sites which offers brushes like deviantart, just remember to credit the artist. (: its a unique one, since its BLUEY. haha. usually they are pink or red. SO~
