hmm...the colours are weird. =X but overall nice =)

the bg and layout is really pretty! *whistle*! but i find that the pict. doesn't really blend in well with that. try to use brushes??? maybe that will help. and i feel that the 'purple' boxing words of 'kiss me' is kinda out of the skin...colour should change.but i can see effort so a big fat juicy:

Yea. The girl in image looks like she has some acne problems. The colours doesnt blend well enough. The word "KISS ME" is weird, the background shouldn't be light-purple. The hover seems not to match the whole skin, The words written below cant be seen expect some "REMEMBER".
