neat layout
however, it is very very plain and although i adore simplicity this is PLAIN. plain isnt good):
you have attempted using brushes to make it nicer but one pathetic brush doesnt help.
it actually makes it worse because its so..out of place.
and also, there is limited creativity involved in the skin.
just one picture? and that too of eiffel tower-i mean, EVERYBODY is making paris-related skins.
try being different okay?
im not saying paris related skins are wrong but even IF you want to do a paris related skin, make it interesting at least.
the picture is pretty but doesnt go well with the whole skin.
there is room for improvement.

or some other kind of bg..
this bg makes the skin looks sort of like.. er..
coarse.. or roughly textured..
it didnt bring out the elegance and grace of the main img..
but overall its not bad..
