I felt that the pinkish layout didn't match the picture too well. Perhaps darker tones or purple would be better. I think you should've left out the flower patterns too.

You shouldn't get images from createblog because some of them are from deviantart which are copyrighted,and you need to get permission from them before using.
And more effort?The image is already well-brushed and blended.
