i agree with ♥BENDAN but i still think its a very fresh idea to have things all over the place. haha. 5 because i felt you spent some good effort on your links hover and the background is RAD! FIVE!

the background color, doesnt tally well. and erm... abit of alignment problemf or the update section. overall okay

you should not put the 2 boxes below the image, it looks damn annoying. but its a pretty skin & i love the colour combination.

This is really pretty =] I think you should not put 2 boxes below the image, instead, try only 1 box yea because well, it makes everything look box-y (ok I'm not making sense am I) or maybe take away the border as well.
Also, instead of crediting Deviantart, you should try to find the artist who did the image because after all Deviantart is a web company, not an artist *shrug* maybe you forgot the name of the artist
