I like the css and the background.
But the image spoils it all. I'm sorry if you find me too blatant. You could work on the image, say... instead of your drawings being so spaced out and all over the place, concentrate on drawing just one main image. Coz it's like, you have a cartoon here and there, it doesn't link. =]
