Are you using internet explorer? I only tested this on firefox..

the models' on the left looks a little pixellated.the words in the blogging area that overlap aren't very visible.

Its nice overall, but its a clash of art. The colors and the way you use the colors makes it into a futuristic image while the portrait changes it into an emotive image. Good job on the css styles. Good job overall.
