i agree with conn*e about the bg. but however, it's really awesome that you managed to do this in paint!
and maybe the font doesn't go with the skin.
anyhow, this is a really good attempt to try colours different from what you usually see here. well, dull colours have their own uniqueness, don't they?

bg needs a little tuning, it's a little too heavy on the eyes. and distracting as well? but other than tt, i give you 2 thumbs up for trying tt colour for a skin.
