You can really try to work harder on improving your skins (: I agree with cookiemonsters , the layout is wayy too common. its rather plain too.
Oh and the image of the butterflies are pixelled so, maybe improve on the image quality?

Do you reuse the codes for all your skins? :| They always look about the same. Maybe you should try new things or new 'looks'. And I agree that this looks like very little effort has been put in. try harder.
