Hmm, not too bad. But it would be nice to give the colours more variations. Like, instead of having shades of purple/pink in the whole skin, why not have colour combinations? It makes the skin much more interesting. For example, you could make the text white to match the girl to pan out the whole look of the skin. Oh, and try to make the text in the picture a little less pixellated-looking.

1.the right purple border looks cut-off
2.comic sans ms doesn't seem to match for this skin
3.the background - it looks wierd putting it on the right side only
4.the text 'glamour world' seems edgy to me
5.and lastly,maybe you can centralise the whole thing?

hhas, the white part is the feather as i put it purposely so as to shine it out.

it was a brush.
but i somehow doesnt work right and i use paint to alter it. As my photoshop was lag that time. It was NOT copied and paste.

okayys, since you asked me to comment.
firstly, the image. obviously u didnt cut the image off properly coz u can still see the white parts of the original bg and u could've fathered it more if u were using adobe photoshop.
then take a look at the thick purple border. i know you used that dashed line, but the line is cut-off. it looks as if its been copied and pasted from somewhere; oh i don't know.
2.bg. maybe it could've looked nicer if the bg was not just only on the rightside, but the whole blog.and that dashed line ruined part of the bg as well.
and the words above ur entries.its kinda hard to read.perhaps you could've used a different font?
credit ur base codes as well(:
