It is called a comment; so people do rate by preference. Anywho, I gave it a 4.5 because It's a good structured layout, but the image as I said before; is like "BOOM".

ANYWAY; don't freak because some people don't like it. Just be true to yurselff, and do what you like, because as YOU said, people rate by preference. Which means if they like it, they say so, and if they don't, they rate it down. I think I gave you a good-enough rating, so just chill; kay? You'll most likely never meet these people in real life, so what they think doesn't matter (even myself, mind you). Just do what you think, and don't reply to people's comments, because then it just means that you're reacting with their unconstructive comments

Looks okay. A bit like all the others, but I guess that happens. I don't know about the image...it's like BOOM. But if you're an outgoing person, I guess it'd be cool. I luff it, all the way- anyway. Good base, but the image...mehhh. Great job on getting your skin; skin of the day.
