Haha. Sorry for that part. I forgot about the resolution. It was until I submitted then I realised I need to design for 1024 x 768 else it would have looked fine. T_T Sorry about it guys.

Nice! I like the shade of blue and how simple it is. But perhaps you could change the navigations to somewhere by the side or just above the posting space, so readers wouldn't need to scroll down to navigate.

I dislike the headers (only, so that is a good thing)
