More blending could be done, the C4D's/Brushes should be in a color blending with the stairs. Don't really like the font & the color too. Lol.
But anyway its still great (:

I do see some form of improvements from your previous skins I suggest you save your images in .PNG format instead - better image quality. JPEG (.jpg) images often appear pixelated. And yes, perhaps you can add more details to this skin eg. a lonely boy/ girl at the side crying or something to make clear the sense of loneliness and melancholy.
