crocodiles: yep, it's like that in mozilla, no choice. actually it's for simplicity lovers. image is too light, i agree. since i sort of OVER-edited it. not sure why it turned out to be like that too. since i'm using paint, it would be blur, tried to save it in PNG format already, but it's no use. thanks anyway.

Too plain actually don't really like this type of navigation as there will be a ugly scroll bar. The scrollbar will only look nice on IE not on FF. Your image is too plain and a bit blur-ish. It look so white. You should improve on it.
