why not try repeating the background so that it won't look so blank on the navigation side?

uh,i agree with emo doll.
move the profile aka sidebars,up.move it up,till there's no blank space up there for the sidebars.
and pictures too squarish or maybe rectangle.
I dont like the edges which are too sharp.
maybe you can add some brushes,if you can.
if not,then maybe try to decorate the edges if the picture with sth else.
not bad,overall.But i wont be rating.
