im having the same problem as xee too... i try downloading the blogger main file and the movable...both cant be used...

I love this skin! But I couldn't use as when i upload it could not be parsed as it is not well-formed. Blogger wants me to make sure all XML elements are closed properly and showed that Open quote is expected for attribute "{1}" associated with an element type "language".

Could someone help me please???
