to take a screenshot you should find the print screen sys req thing on the keyboard part above the arrow keys. you should be able to find it.
click on it.
some comptuers it'll auto save the image on the desktop, if yours cant, open MS paint and past it there, then save and you're done

but maybe you should smallen the width of the navigation and post catogary.
the picture is quite nice
but afterall, think the background is a bit redundant.
so blend, and the colour of the navigation and post thing does not fit the whole thing.

take note on blending colour matching and alignment.
